Chapter 300.2. Fighting The Angry Mastermind

"Kuh! What is this?"

The explosion flames engulfed Miu's body and attempted to burn her with their intense heat.

The flames not only burned Miu's body but also exerted physical pressure. Even though she tried to escape the flames and touch the fiery prison surrounding her, it felt solid against her body, and she couldn't touch it with her hands.

"This strange substance, this must be magic matter."

"Escape!"

Miu laughed at Helheim and said, "Interesting substance." as the unjust flames burned Miu's body. With panic, Heimdall jumped off her shoulder and fled.

"Heimdall wasn't affected?"

Miu gets trapped within the fiery prison, a magic phenomenon that is hard to touch, but Heimdall manages to escape without being affected.

It must be a hint for a puzzle. Detective Mii-chan could figure it out.

Thinking of a countermeasure, I circulated God power through her body and activated a spell. [Hraesvelgr Transformation] was a skill that even Odin and others could use, allowing them to transform into birds. 

The skill usage was for transportation, but I could also use it as a gimmick in combat, and it had its special moves.

Miu's body began to glow, transforming her into a majestic god hawk.

"Whoa!"

As I transformed into a dignified god hawk, I spread my wings and flew out of the wall of flames.

The previously solid flames turned into gas and couldn't stop her.

"You changed your very existence? You're quite skilled in magic."

She resembles a bird living at the peak of Yggdrasil, the giant Hraesvelgr.

With a beak as sleek and sharp as obsidian and pure white wings as spotless as dirt, it circled around Helheim with a wide spread.

Its body gets covered in fluffy, furball-like feathers, and its dull eyes glare at Helheim.

How about that? The magic targeted Miu no longer worked now that she had transformed into a hawk. Miu wanted to explain, but all that came out of the beak were cute chirping sounds.

My white body vanished and turned into a beam heading toward Helheim.

"Getting closer?"

Helheim quickly spun Laevateinn like a circle, and a spear of flames, blazing with intense heat like the sun, was fired like an anti-aircraft gun.

It aimed to shoot down Miu and burned the space as it approached. Miu tilted her body slightly to avoid the spear, but it wasn't just one shot; it fired multiple shots like an anti-aircraft gun.

However, no matter how fast the spear of flames was, it couldn't catch up with Miu, who had transformed into a god hawk.

Just before the flames hit, she sharply changed her course to evade them. Even when the flames approached like torrential rain, they couldn't catch up with Miyu's movements. She slipped through the narrow gaps like beams of light and attacked Helheim from above.

"Grr, a little chick like you!"

While making somewhat discriminatory comments about her size, Helheim countered Miyu's attack with an uppercut from below.

Turning and rotating, Miyu slipped past the uppercut and circulated divine power within her.

"Peep, peep, peep, peep."

[Spiral Hawk Soar]

Transforming into a beam of light once again, Miu traced a spiral as she flew directly upwards from Helheim.

"Gugugugu."

The beams of light struck Helheim's body, shaving away at it. Instead of blood, flames erupt from her body, and Helheim is in pain and agony.

"I'll take that!"

Miu raised her God Sword and smirked As she canceled her transformation above Helheim's head.
